This policy explains how Replly AI handles information collected through repllyai.com. Project-specific data processing, access to client systems, and confidentiality requirements must be agreed separately before work begins.

Who handles your information

REPLLYAI, trading as Replly AI, operates this website and handles its business enquiries. For privacy requests or concerns, email harshith@repllyai.com.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form asks for your name and Indian mobile number. Email and notes are optional. We also record the selected language and submission time. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identity documents, health information, or other sensitive data.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, understand your requirements, discuss a proposal, and prevent misuse of the form. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or create a paid service agreement.

Service providers and storage

• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes requests, which can include IP addresses and technical request metadata.
• Discord receives enquiry details through a server-side webhook so our team can review and respond. Messages contain the information you submit. Discord is not an end-to-end encrypted enquiry inbox.
• Google Fonts supplies fonts on some translated pages. Your browser may connect to Google and share technical information such as your IP address.

These providers may process information outside India under their own service terms and privacy policies. We do not send form details to the AI and productivity brands displayed in the integration strip simply because you submit an enquiry.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies or checks. The form does not save contact details to browser storage. Form details remain in the current page until cleared, submitted successfully, or you leave the page.

Technical protection and retention

The form validates inputs and applies a short-lived, per-server rate limit using a salted hash of the client IP address. These rate-limit entries expire after about one minute. Application delivery diagnostics do not intentionally include enquiry content or webhook credentials; infrastructure providers may separately retain request metadata.

Enquiries in Discord and subsequent business correspondence may be retained while needed to respond, manage a business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. They are not automatically deleted when the form is submitted. Provider logs and backups may have different retention periods. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete enquiry information, withdraw permission for further contact, or raise a privacy concern by emailing harshith@repllyai.com or using our contact form. Identify your original enquiry without sending identity documents. We may need to verify your request; legal record-keeping obligations can limit deletion. Leaving email blank does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

Children and policy updates

This business service is intended for adults acting for themselves or their organisations, not children. If a child’s information was submitted, please contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest revision.
