Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 September 2026 · English
These terms cover your use of repllyai.com and enquiries to Replly AI. They do not replace a signed project agreement. Please review them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refunds policy.
Business identity
This website is operated by REPLLYAI, trading as Replly AI, an Udyam-registered services enterprise (UDYAM-TS-20-0193641), registered on 25 May 2026 and classified as Micro for 2026–27. Udyam registration is not a government endorsement of our services.
For business questions or concerns, email harshith@repllyai.com.
Our services and project agreements
Replly AI offers AI workflow automation, ERP implementation, and custom software services. Website examples and workflow animations are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes or live product demonstrations.
An enquiry is not an order, acceptance of a quote, or commitment to purchase. Before a paid engagement, the parties must agree in writing on the contracting business identity, scope, deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, support, and cancellation terms. The signed agreement governs that engagement, subject to applicable law.
Using the website
Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malware, third-party confidential material without permission, or attempt to disrupt or access systems without authorisation. You must be an adult with authority to act for the business you represent.
Third-party tools and AI
Third-party products may require their own licences, subscriptions, permissions, and terms. Their availability, features, and prices are outside our control. Brand names and logos identify potential integrations only; they do not imply endorsement, certification, or partnership.
AI-generated output can be incorrect or incomplete and needs appropriate human review. Suitability, safeguards, and responsibility for production decisions must be addressed in the project agreement. The website does not promise specific savings, revenue, or uninterrupted operation.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Replly AI branding and original website material may not be misrepresented as your own. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, pre-existing components, and open-source software must be specified in the project agreement. Please arrange appropriate confidentiality terms before sharing sensitive project material.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information accurate but it may change or contain errors. The website is provided as available. No website statement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes statutory consumer rights. Project warranties, liability allocation, and support commitments belong in the written project agreement.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Applicable Indian law governs these website terms, without limiting mandatory rights or remedies available under other applicable law. Any project-specific dispute process or competent forum must be agreed in the service contract and remain subject to law.
Changes
We may update these website terms; the date above shows the latest revision. A website update does not by itself amend an existing signed project agreement.
